hey...i was actually semi-productive today. woohoo! go me!! anywayz...on to reminiscing about my birthday experiences...

saturday morning, i was actually pretty sad because i wanted to be at home. this was my first birthday away from my home, my family, my friends..so i was kind of sad about it. i had to stay in irvine because i had a midterm on monday and lots of hw to deal with. well..saturday went by fairly slowly...with me trying my hardest to procrastinate. finally wen it was around 10 i cudn't sit still anymore. i was actually a little excited for my birthday. as i told some of you...i really didn't look forward to becoming 19. not to say that there's anything wrong with that age..but i'd like to stay 18 forever. unfortunately, that isn't possible.

well...at around 12:15ish...guess who came to "surprise" me. haha....why...LIWANAG of course! cuz u know...i wasn't expecting that since i've been to a couple of those myself. haha...but it was really sweet and thoughtful and it gave me warm fuzzies wen michelle squared, cressa, david, flo, and victor came through the door with a nummy cake singing happy birthday. i was like..."dang..wat took u so long?!" hahaha..j/m. the only thing i forgot about was Liwanag's "caking" tradition. o ya...freakin' victor got me real good so i decided to chase him and david down the halls of laguna. haha..u shud of seen them run!!!! ya...n then roomie decided to join in on the fun and i got cake wedged up my ear, while she got it all over her hair. ya...we smelled real sweet for a while. teehee!!

later that day i went to noon Mass. thanks Joyce for your petition! =D afterwards...Joyce wanted to treat me for my bday..so we gathered a small group..who ended up being the "oldies". hahaha. j/m. ya..it was really weird sitting in that table for a change. hmm..does that mean i'm old too?! naaaah!! so...it was me, joyce, dee, reg, april, david, bryan, n arlene. we went to t.g.i. fridays. twas good food..i was stuffed. with balloons tied to my hair, the servers sang happy birthday and popped balloons in my ear. n then i got a yummy cookie ice cream. sowie reg....u didn't get to cake me as good as u wanted. haha..it's cuz i was anticipating it. it's ok...next time. ;) i wanted to go gallavanting with everyone else after lunch, but i wasn't even suppose to go out to lunch cuz i had to study..so i went back to my dorm. thanks to all u guys for treating me to lunch and letting me hang with that OH SO COOL group!! i really had a good time and i felt really happy to be able to spend a part of my birthday with all of u guys!! =D awww...warm fuzzies. oh!! and as we were leaving i almost got into the wrong car...hahaha...but ya....anywayz!

i got back..studied for a while...n then my parents and lil sis came from LA and my other sister came from work and we went out to dinner. we ate at benihana. mmm...really good food..but it was really expensive. eek! it was my first time eating there and it was really cool watching the chef's cook right in front of u. the servers sang to me again and took a souvenir picture of me n the family. awww...it turned out really nice. fun times with the family!! i really appreciated them coming all the way from LA just to be with me on my bday. ooooo...n my mom brought me some rice and flip food that i can eat laterz. mmmmmmmmm!! aww it made me really happy. luv u guys!

den wen i got back from dinner i accidentally spoiled another surprise by walking in wen i wasn't suppose to. my roomie and hallmates decorated my room with 19 balloons, a banner, n lights. aww..it was really sweet!!! thanks guys...ur so awesome!! i luv u lots!

laterz we ate another cake that the hallmates bought for me. twas good..but by this time i was stuffed beyond words. eek! i think i gained 10 lbs on my bday. laterz...cristina came over...haha she watched me "study"...n ya..it was pretty much studying for the rest of the night till the wee hours of the morning. awwww..it was such a good day though. i was smiling the whole time. everyone was soo nice...ppl calling, texting, IMing. aww..God really allowed me to feel special today...He showed me how loved I am..and it was an awesome feeling. =D

sad cuz my bday's over..but it was very memorable..and i have all of u guys to thank for it. so thanks to everyone from the bottom of my heart. it is through you that i see God's love and i don't know how i cud live without u guys by my side. luv u. ::smiling from ear to ear:: ;) God is good...i thank U.....
