I'm not use to this. I'm not use to sitting around and doing nothing. Having nothing to worry about is weird. It was fun in the beginning (and it usually is, which is the beauty of vacation), but entering my 3rd week of doing nothing, I am now desperate to go out and find something to do. Something worth while you know? And fun! And since I am having trouble finding a job, which is my fault since I should of applied waaaaay in advance (::sigh:: why am i such a procrastinator?! =( it always kicks me in the ass), then I have decided to do lots of volunteer work to fill my summer days. That should be fun and it should be a learning experience. I can't wait to start but it probably won't be till another week or something.
Anywayz, I've taken up a new little hobby: reading. What?! ME?! Reading?! For fun?! What's going on with the world? haha j/k. Ya, well, since the days are waaay longer than during school time, I waste it away sometimes by reading. Just finished "A walk to remember" recently. My next read is "The Rescue". Yup, I'm into Nicholas Sparks ever since I watched The Notebook. Ahhh...romance! =D teehee!
Hmm...so what have I been doing lately? Eh, not much. I watched the Terminal last friday. Good movie. Tom Hanks is an awesome actor and I thought it was funny. Saturday, went on my first LA clubbing adventure. I went with Margie, Jay, Chon, Bel, Kat, Reb, and their friends. Despite feeling violated at times, gross guys, and periods of not cool music (u know...that techno and rave crap...sowie to those who like that stuff), I had fun. Dude, dancing is the best way to lose weight and to exercise. I was sweating out pounds. Sadly, I think I gained all those pounds back as easily as I lost them. Most of July 4th was spent thinking of what the heck to do. After Mass, went to eat at Thai BBQ and laterz watched Chasing Liberty. Watched some fireworks on TV and teared a bit while watching a tribute to our men of service. Aww...I'm so grateful for those that risk their lives each day for our country. Something about those patriotic songs and the fireworks and all that makes me tingle inside...u know, get those warm fuzzies and be truly proud of being an American. So..belated happy birthday America!!
Okay, time to go be random. Anyone want to be random with me? Just give me a call ya? Peace out.
