Something inside me tells me that I have fully entered the realm of the adult world. This was the first year that I did absolutely NOTHING for Halloween because...of course...I had a midterm the following day and I had to study. Booooo. I wanted candy. I wanted to party. Actually, I haven't been in the partying mood since last year. I guess all that is "been there, done that"...time to focus on more important things. Don't get me wrong. An occassional hoorah is always nice!

Sunday seemed to be like any other day except I got to spend it with my long time friend, Sharlene. yay!!! Even though we were simply study buddies, we had fun reminiscing about the past during our study breaks. Hehe. It's nice to know that SOME people don't change. I took her to Mass at Interfaith and she really liked it. Yaaa...I feel blessed to be a part of the awesome faith community we have at UCI and I feel blessed to have friends like Sharlene. Woot! (where did I get that word from?!)

Changing subjects... don't you hate it when you make the stupidest mistakes on tests! I did exactly that on my genetics midterm today. It just sucks to lose points for questions you actually know. grrrr! Sometimes tests don't really test your knowledge on the subject area, but test your test-taking skills. wth! I'm proud to say that mine have drastically improved this year, but still isn't that bestest. That might actually be my downfall.

I am currently running off of about an hour and a half sleep and one full meal today. haha. It's fun wen you actually get use to this lifestyle. hmm..not really.

Tomorrow is election day!!! Please make educated decisions. VOTE OR DIE!
