::breathe in, breathe out:: Back into school mode...kinda. Mainly because a sense of urgency is floating in the air. But I'm glad it's back along w/ some motivation that I've been desperately needing. Spirit rally is right around the corner. Ash Wednesday tomorrow. Man o Man. Stronger shoulders.

So...Rent is my favorite movie of the moment. I bought it over the weekend on a whim and I've watched it twice already. It's so much better the 2nd time around I think. Especially when you know all the songs. I really like the overall message too. NO DAY BUT TODAY. Measure your life in love. awww..yay! It really makes me want to be in a musical cuz it looks like so much fun. I wish real life was like that. Everything was made into a song. That would be so cool. Singing while walking to class. Makes life more fun and interesting don't ya think?

Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday..the journey of Lent is approaching. Let us pray for strength and perseverence during this time. Our walk in the desert will be a difficult one, but we walk beside Him with the knowledge that He has already won the fight. So I hope and pray that this season we muster up the courage to be humble and take a hard look at ourselves. It's okay that we sin because we are human. But we should want to change because we are Catholic.
