It's funny how a romantic/fantasy/comedy movie can get you thinking. After watching "Just Like Heaven" (which I really liked btw) somehow I began to wonder...how is it that some people are in your life so briefly, yet they still manage to touch your heart in such a profound way that even when they're gone you will remember them forever? How is it that some people, on that rare occassion, share with you that deep, strong, instant connection?...as if you've known them your entire life...the connection which binds your souls across distance and across time. How is it that the people you least expect are there for you during that time of need or somehow even become your closest friends?

I guess I really do believe that certain people come into your life for a reason. You were meant to cross paths, though sometimes you did not understand why at first. You were meant to learn, to love, or maybe even to hate. And even if that person goes away, you are thankful because they have played their role in the story of your life. They were just what you needed at that specific point in time, and God was so gracious enough to have sent them to you.

I suppose after all that thinking I just wanted to say thank you for being in my life, no matter how long you were there for. Thank you for allowing me to learn and grow. Thank you for taking a piece of my heart and giving me a part of yours. THANK YOU for changing me forever. :)

if strangers meet

if strangers meet
life begins-
not poor not rich
(only aware)
kind neither
nor cruel
(only complete)
i not not you
not possible;
only truthful
-truthfully,once
if strangers(who
deep our most are
selves)touch:
forever

(and so to dark)
