I keep starting my blogs and never posting them. I wrote this one at the beginning of the week and I didn't want to waste it so here it is...


So guess what. It's 10th week. All I can say is "wow." Where does the time go? As I sit here trying to put my feelings into words, trying to marinate in all that is happening, I realize that time's running out. The last week or two I have had many "lasts" already. As in, this is the last time I'm ever going to .... Each event came and went so casually...so deceivingly, which is why I think I haven't been able to let things sink in.

Let's see, last week i had my last lab EVER. No more microscopes, pipets, aprons, safety goggles, beakers, dangerous chemicals, bad lab partners (lennar is an exception), failed experiments, unexpected results, etc... I also finished all my Bio classes this week. Only art history left to go.

There was also my last Liwanag meeting as a student. It was cool cuz that God...s/he is a funny one. I think God has quite a way of getting through to us...even in silence. Sometimes God silences us so that we can listen. Somehow, I lost my voice last week (a true rare occurance) and as a result, I also couldn't really speak and I really couldn't sing. Man, that was different. At first I was sad b/c I couldn't p&w which is one my favoritest things. But He revealed to me that actions can be more powerful than words, that if you live the faith then words are not necessary. I know that I am not a person of profound words, but I'd like to think that I am growing to become a person of profound faith. I humbly pray that my words be few and my actions speak for themselves.

Anyway, Spring Banquet '07. It's weird when it comes the time for the banquet to be a celebration of you and your class. It was definitely weird not being able to help out w/ SBC...but it was REALLY fun practicing for our senior presentation. Good jobs seniors!! and a big THANK YOU to SBC committee for all the hardwork. I had A LOT of fun. :) Thanks to the freshies and 2nd years for your awesome presentations! You guys are really sweet and I think I speak for all the seniors when I say that we love you too!

So, I just finished my last class of art history...of the quarter...of the school year...EVER!! haha...hasn't REALLY hit me yet, but I gotta say this whole graduating thing is really getting close. There's so much stuff that's happened that I can talk about, but I'll have to update later. Here's to trying to live up these last few days at UCI. ::le sigh::
