It's been a while, so I should probably update.

The rollercoaster that was last week finally decided to let me off for a little breather. I don't know when I'm gonna have to go back on, but let me just enjoy the calm. It's refreshing. We're told that, sometimes, God throws you into unexpected loops and drops just to prepare you for more of the unexpected. It's just funny when you realize that each time the loops and drops get a little more bigger, a little more steeper. Makes you wonder what's next in store. Ahh life.

Anywayz, got me a job. Yes, another one. Haha. I'm gonna be tutoring kiddos...but seems more like teaching a class. We'll see how it goes. Should be interesting. Haha. I'm also on my way to volunteering at USC and hoping for another part-time job as a research associate. On a more extracurricular road, I still have my fingers crossed with a youth/young adult choir at my church. Le sigh. I really miss serving. I think I know what I have to do though...

I feel like my posts have been rather boring lately. Sorry. I think that I've been in some sort of "grown-up world" mode where everything is pretty serious. ::insert serious face::

Hmm....well, in more exciting news I had visitors this weekend. Thanks to Frances, Bmay, and Krystle Diane for exploring LA with me. We discovered that:
1) Zankou is "eh" (i know i'm gonna get death stares for that comment...but everyone else thought so too!) I did, however, enjoy the Jesus bread. Oh, and there's a Zankou really close to my house and I'm willing to eat there if you'd like to come visit me. ;)
2) Pinkberry is no bueno! WTF...tart yogurt?? that's all i'm saying. I do feel bad for the disgusted look i had on my face whilst the manager was looking at me after i tried a sample of their "yogurt." what can I say? I'm transparent. ;p
3) in LA, you can get into up to 5 close-call car accidents in just a couple hours. No, Montesas, we do not have protected left turn lanes into residential areas, nor do we have left turn lights. It's all about the yielding.

Ehm...I think that's all I got for right now. I know..I'm boring. O well. Hopefully, my life gets a little more interesting for my next post. Hey Irvine...I'll see you in a few hours. :D
