Hello all. Wow..I must say this quarter is really going by. 7th week already? wth. Congrats to Kaylene and all the others who got confirmed today. And happy birthday to our Church!! What an awesome day to celebrate although I can't because I have so much crap to do and I have a midterm to study for. O mayn. Being a bio major really sucks sometimes. But i know what I was getting myself into...kinda. It's all about sacrifice but it'll all pay off in the end...hopefully.

So last wednesday was my first day on the labor and delivery department. I arrived just on time because as soon as I got there and changed into my scrubs (that was cool in itself hahaha) I got led into the OR and got to see my first C-section. I was nervous at first to see how I'd react to my first major operation but I was happy to find that I could handle it. It was so awesome actually. No worries, I won't describe in gory details the surgery, but I will say that when the baby came out...wow. I'm just so happy that I got to witness such a miracle...the miracle of birth. His name was Matthew and he's one baby I will never forget. =)

Yesterday's UCC rally went great. My favorite part was the Mass of course. It's always fun being w/ God.

K..time to study although I might take a quick nap because I'm having a food coma right now. Thanks Kaylene's parents for picking up the tab on our food. Free food is the best kind. hehe.=)
