The weekend was awesome...but pretty unproductive schoolwise. Oh well, that's usually the way it goes. My sissy's confirmation was pretty cool. Bishop Wilkerson's homily was really good. It really hit home. Almost made me cry. I haven't heard a good homily in a while. Well, one that really caught my attention. I just really pray for those kiddos..that they take the gift that's been given to them and become beautiful children of God. Yesss they are the future of the Church.

O mayn...ate waaay too much food this weekend. i'm not gonna be eating Chinese food for a while. eeek. I really need to visit the arc some time this week. But a plus was I got to see my grandma on mother's day. hehehe..she's too cute. I wish I wasn't so shy about speaking in filipino. We'd have more to talk about.

Oh, during the celebration dinner after my sister's confirmation, i got to talkin with my auntie from San Diego. She's so cool. So not a typical Filipino parent. She was talking about how she wants to travel everywhere and how she encourages her kids to travel and to live outside of their comfort zones. I was like wow...if I had grown up that way or with that mind set..I would be soo different right now. But it's all good...i like the way I grew up and I love my parents. But ya, she really made me want to travel and see the world. I guess my first chance at that is the Mediterranean cruise I will be taking over the summer. I'm so excited!

So I didn't do as bad as I thought I did on my midterms which makes me happy. =) But bleh. Nevermind..don't wanna talk about school. K..gonna take a nap. gnite.
